Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of edgeproof.pro and edgeproof.online (the "Site"), any account you create on the Site, and any purchase you make through it.

The Site is operated by Florin Kramer, an individual trading as "EdgeProof," based in Israel ("EdgeProof," "we," "us," or "our"). EdgeProof is not incorporated as a company.

By using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What EdgeProof Is

EdgeProof is software for testing trading strategies. It runs inside TradeStation on your own computer and analyses how a strategy behaved on historical data.

EdgeProof is not a broker, a trading signal service, an investment adviser, a portfolio manager, or a fund. It does not place orders, hold funds, or manage accounts. It does not tell you what to trade. See §9 and the Risk Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. The Site is not directed at children.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country, including any restrictions on trading software or on trading futures.

4. Accounts

You need an account to start a trial, purchase a license, or download the Software.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@edgeproof.pro if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used to redistribute the Software, or that is used to abuse the trial system.

5. Purchases, and Who You Are Buying From

This section matters more than it looks. Read it before purchasing.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases.

In practice this means:

• Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction. Your purchase contract for payment is with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction alongside these Terms.
• Paddle handles all sales tax and VAT, and will charge whatever applies in your country. Prices displayed may therefore differ at checkout depending on where you are.
• Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle, and may show Paddle's name on your card or bank statement.
• Refunds are handled through Paddle. See the Refund Policy.
• We never see or store your full card details. Paddle handles payment data under its own PCI obligations.

Your license to use the Software, by contrast, is granted by EdgeProof under the EULA.

EdgeProof is sold in two editions, Basic and Pro, each licensed to one TradeStation Customer Number — covering unlimited machines and unlimited TradeStation accounts under that number — and each covering all supported markets.

Each edition can be bought One-Time (perpetual use, 12 months of updates, optional annual renewal after) or Yearly (active while renewed).

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase already completed.

Subscriptions and activation. A license is delivered as an activation token entered into EdgeProof. On a Yearly plan that token is time-limited: a replacement is issued at each renewal, emailed to you and available from your account page, and must be entered into EdgeProof to continue using it. A One-Time license, once its permanent token is entered, does not expire. A first purchase is delivered in two stages — a 30-day starting token immediately, then the permanent token once the 14-day money-back period has ended. If a token is allowed to expire without a replacement being entered, EdgeProof stops working until it is licensed again — after advance warnings in the application, on the account page and by email. 6. Trials

A free trial may be offered so the Software can be evaluated before purchase.

The trial runs for 14 days and gives access to the full Professional edition.

The trial and the money-back guarantee are separate things. The trial runs before any payment; the 14-day money-back window runs from the date of purchase. See the Refund Policy.

Trials are limited to one per person. Attempting to obtain repeat trials — through additional email addresses, additional accounts, or additional TradeStation Customer Numbers — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.

7. Free Tools

Some tools are offered at no charge. They are provided as is, with no warranty and no guarantee of continued availability, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Everything in these Terms about disclaimers, liability, and trading risk applies to the free tools exactly as it does to the paid Software.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or publish the Software or its generated code as a product of your own;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
• circumvent, disable, or tamper with licensing, activation, or trial-tracking mechanisms;
• share license keys or account credentials;
• scrape, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers;
• use the Site or Software unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing produced by EdgeProof or published on the Site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Backtests, optimization results, walk-forward validation, Monte Carlo simulations, scores, verdicts, and any generated strategy code are analytical output based on historical data. They are not predictions and not recommendations.

Any strategy code EdgeProof generates is a suggestion for your own evaluation. Deciding whether to run it, on what market, at what size, and with what capital at risk, is entirely your decision and entirely your responsibility.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Read the full Risk Disclaimer before using the Software.

10. Intellectual Property

The Software, the Site, the documentation, and the EdgeProof name and branding are owned by EdgeProof and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.

Your own content remains yours. Your trading strategies, your data, your results, and any code you write remain your property. EdgeProof claims no rights over them and, as set out in the Privacy Policy, does not receive them.

TradeStation is a trademark of TradeStation Technologies, Inc. EdgeProof is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradeStation. TradeStation is referred to only to describe compatibility.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and Software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeProof is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or Software — whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the law of your own country that these Terms cannot override. Nothing here removes those rights.

Where applicable, digital content supplied immediately may lose a statutory right of withdrawal once download or activation begins. Our voluntary money-back guarantee is set out separately in the Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Beer Sheva have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means accepting the updated Terms.
